Exchange & Replacement Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in cases where the item is damaged during transit. If this occurs, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.
Damaged Items During Shipping (Domestic & International)
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during domestic or international shipping, we will arrange a replacement once the damaged item has been received at our facility and the claim has been verified. The replacement process typically takes 2–3 weeks from the date of verification.
To initiate a claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the damage immediately upon receipt of the package. This documentation helps us assess the issue promptly and ensure a smooth, fair, and efficient resolution.
Please note that claims submitted without adequate supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any damage at the earliest opportunity.
